Both people must click ‘connect’ for a match, with no notifications sent, allowing for mutual discovery. If a photo resonates with you, you can click the profile button to view the rest of the person's profile or click the smiley icon to express interest. Both parties must express interest by clicking ‘connect’ for a match to happen, but no notifications are sent—so it’s a mutual discovery process.
